An really fascinating place. Excellent information and beautifully renovated historical structures, etc. Keep in mind that there are a lot of stairs and/or steep areas if you decide to stroll about in the heat.
This is an adventure that costs nothing. A three to five minute sky walk brings you to an actual war site. a WWII museum, a large number of artillery, troops, and loudly audible films depicting combat feature.
Plenty to do and see here. The views from the water were amazing, as were the tunnels.
magnificent past. The storage and firearms were excellent. I’m amazed at how they managed it.
Singapore’s history in World War II. This place is essential if you’re interested in learning about a certain nation. Huge garden space including the real bunkers and tunnels beneath the surface. Additionally, audio recordings are available to hear what is happening, and there are several printed information plaques to read, along with mannequins and wax figures that mimic what the events may have looked like. Plenty of history is kept at a museum.
We often had to ask people for directions because we couldn’t follow the signposting on Sentosa Island. walked to the observation platform after taking the elevator to go to the Fort from the bus. Excellent since hardly nobody is present. I went there just because we were visiting the Aquarium; I wouldn’t have gone there on my own.
